The Certificate and Advanced Certificate in Operations Management consist of product knowledge and also the management aspect of revenue management.
The Certificate (or Advanced Certificate) consists of both product knowledge courses with individual certification and also management courses on how to use the products to increase and maintain revenue through sales.

The Certificate in Operations Management is awarded on completion of the following courses / modules:

• Level 1 – Introduction to wine and Swiss Wine
• HoReCa Wine Professional (which includes the Introduction to wine and Swiss Wine course)
• Classic Mixology by Swiss Barkeeper Union
• Level 2 – WSET® in Wines
• Level 2 – WSET® in Spirits
• Advanced Wine Service
• Beverage List Development
• Performance Analysis for Beverage Lists
• Manage Cellar and Beverage Operations

The Advanced Certificate in Operations Management is awarded on completion of the same modules and courses as for the Certificate in Operations Management as well as the following courses:

• Level 3 – WSET® in Wines
• Level 3 – Advanced Certificate in Swiss Wines

N.B. Depending on your prior experience (apprenticeship or other), you might be eligible for a credit towards one or two of the aforementioned modules or courses. Please contact us to be sure which courses or modules you would need to complete and for us to prepare a programme of study according to your needs.
